Kate Greig, our Head­teacher, has won a civic award for ser­vices to the com­mu­nity of Birch­ing­ton. Birch­ing­ton Parish Coun­cil pre­sented Ms Greig with a cer­tifi­cate for nur­tur­ing stu­dents towards a bet­ter future.

Ms Greig said “This award is for all the staff and stu­dents of King Ethel­bert, we are a strong fam­ily unit and this gives us a real sense of com­mu­nity. This award is for everyone.”
