Some time ago we decided to run our own school catering facilities rather than use an external catering company.  This has meant that we can control the quality of the school meals that we provide and keep the prices as low as possible as we do not have the obligation to make a profit to satisfy the needs of shareholders.  This forms part of our commitment to healthy living.
