The laptops provided under the Computers for Pupils (CFP) initiative remain the property of the school. These laptops have been issued by XMA. Full details of the service supplied by XMA is available via the link below.

Please note particularly the following points:
- Because the school owns the laptops all insurance claims must be made by the school.
- If you have a problem with your laptop please telephone the CFP Service Desk. The contact number is 0871 292 0150. Please note that this number should not be used for problems accessing the Internet.
- The CFP Service Desk will be available between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday to Friday during term time, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at weekends and during school holidays. The Service Desk is open all year round except for bank and statutory holidays.

. When contacting the Service Desk by email please quote the Service User's name (your name), the issuing school (King Ethelbert), the laptop serial number, a contact telephone number and a description of the fault.
- In some instances, because of the nature of the fault, you will be asked to return the faulty laptop to the school.
