On Saturday 8th June, three of our students competed at the Julie Rose Athletics stadium in Ashford, representing Thanet in the Kent Schools Championships.
Stanley Ball, who currently has the Year 7 school 100m record, ran the 100m against very strong winds and performed well.
Aston Fredericks, with a number of school records, ran brilliantly and got through to the 100m final, again battling very strong winds.
Finally, Keeva Fredericks, who has the Year 7 discus and shot put records, threw a massive personal best in the hammer of 20.03m.
Well done to all three KES students!
