Par­ent home: Lat­est news

This event was held at the Dis­cov­ery Park, Sand­wich and involved a com­bi­na­tion of busi­nesses (from robot­ics to hir­ing a rein­deer), uni­ver­si­ti­ties, pub­lic ser­vices and prac­ti­cal work­shops. We took a group of Year nine stu­dents in the morn­ing and Year 10 in the after­noon and I am sure that it will have opened their eyes to the career and edu­ca­tional pos­si­bil­i­ties avail­able to them. The pic­ture shows year 10 pupils out­side a ‘Dr Who’ type stall.
