Lets start of Term 6 off with some amazing news!
Miss Bartlett had the pleasure of attending the Thanet Schools Young Artist competition during half term to watch Macie Smith in Year 11 receive her award for coming 1st place in the 16 year old category!
Around 670 pieces of Artwork from 37 Thanet Schools and colleges took part but Macie took first place overall for her photography piece ‘Faces with Emotion’.
We are so proud!
We also did very well in other age category’s with many other students in Year 11 and sixth form, the photographs with the gold stars got highly commended. The others are ones that were entered. Go KES!
