Cleo Musselwhite - 8CM
"Cleo took part in the KBX 3 event on Saturday in Grey Essex this was a K1 event so slightly different rules to her usual kickboxing.
The Falcons Kickboxing CLUB ‘ have written it was 3 solid rounds where both the girls went at it, in what was a very skilled and entertaining fight, better than some of the adults I would say. Cleo was the stronger one out of the two and we got the victory by unanimous decision. "
Joshua Mather - 10JR
"Josh fought, some of the UK and the world's best kickboxers, a lot of them a couple years older than himself. His hard work, training and perserverance, served him well.
I am proud to let you know that Josh came away with the following:
2nd place, Silver Medal for -57Kgs, Junior Male, Kick Light section.
3rd place, Bronze Medal for -57Kgs, Junior Male, Points Fighting section.
This result will also allow him the opportunity to train with the GB National squad in High Wycombe. "
Albert Summers - 9TJ
Albert competed at the wako British nationals kickboxing competition at the weekend. This competition is all the best kids from different clubs, from all over the country competing together.
Albert picked up a silver medal in the ‘kick light’ older cadets 52KG category, where you are also allowed to do leg kicks. On his way to the final he even stopped one child with a 10 count after a great spinning jump kick to the head!"
